SCHUHEDER Consulting was founded in 1998. Within a very short time, our reputation as a reputable recruiting consultancy in the electronics sector was firmly established. In 2002 we launched the career portal “semica” (originally Semiconductor Careers Europe) and in 2007 Michael Köhler entered the company as a partner.
