Main Tasks

  • Development of the product strategy for the product line “High Power Gate Driver”
  • Market analysis and creation of business plans for new products
  • Identification of new market segments, development of new and existing customers
  • Product definition and product lifecycle management
  • Marketing support for the sales and distribution teams
  • Representation of the company in conferences and international panels
  • Regular visits to customers and distribution partners worldwide
  • Performing of product trainings for customers, sales and channel partners
  • Preparation of marketing and presentation material
  • Define and support marketing activities including trade shows, advertising etc. in cooperation with MARCOM

Requirements

  • Comprehensive marketing knowledge in the semiconductor industry and a track record in successful deployment of strategies
  • Solid technical background in power electronics Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing technical products, marketing or sales support
  • Good collaboration capabilities with cross functional teams is a must
  • Very good command of spoken and written German and English
  • Global travel experience in China SEA and India
