When starting a recruiting process we are getting to know your company as well as the position in detail. A profound groundwork is "half the game".

Additionally we have a detailled briefing meeting - preferrably with representatives of the HR and technical teams. A position and requirements profile is the outcome which afterwards will be the basis for the definition and implementation of a matching search strategy.
