Director Inside Sales – Defense / Aerospace

Zielsetzung:

The main task of the new position holder is the disciplinary and operational management of the existing team as well as its targeted further development. The focus will be on increasing bookings, sales, margins and quotes as well as optimizing internal processes with a particular focus on supporting change management processes.

Another key aspect is the strategic development and sustainable maintenance of customer relationships in order to strengthen the market position and ensure long-term business development.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Disciplinary and operational management of the department
  • Support in case of escalations  
  • Resolution of complex challenges to ensure seamless business operations 
  • Coordination of tasks and workload to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic objectives 
  • Responsibility for reporting and controlling 
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships to enhance market positioning 
  • Providing technical consultancy to customers to develop tailored solutions 
  • Comprehensive customer assessment and price negotiations based on strategic market and potential evaluation  
  • Quoting 


Anforderungen:

  • Extensive experience in sales and customer service, preferrably within the Defense / Aerospace market 
  • Leadership skills  
  • Preferably experienced in change management and the development of high-performing teams 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a strategic sales mindset 
  • German and English at a high level, both spoken and written
