Hauptaufgaben:
Developing a roadmap for BMS systems engineering that matches company goals and market needs.
Ensuring to meet safety, performance, and legal standards for BMS platforms for the automotive industry.
Continuously improving product quality, performance, and ease of manufacturing.
Working closely together with internal stakeholders like R&D, product management, marketing and sales
Onboarding new talents and fostering a culture of learning, growth and excellence.
Functioning as mentor and coach for team members.
Anforderungen:
Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as manager of engineering teams, ideally in the automotive or related industry.
Profound knowledge of battery management systems.
Knowledge of relevant protocols (e.g. CAN, automotive ethernet) and standards (e.g. ASPICE, ISO 26262)
Experience with requirement management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to drive results in a innovation driven, fast paced and dynamic environment.
