Anforderungen:

• Relevant Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven Industry Expertise: Experience in a senior production or plant management role within the electronics, automotive, or similar high-tech industries.
• Strong Leadership Skills: A natural leader with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
• Expert in Manufacturing Excellence: Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and industrial automation.
