Senior Manager:in Technical Marketing – Semiconductor

Germany or the Netherlands

Zielsetzung:

As the Senior Manager Technical Marketing you will support the company in positioning itself in the markets and helping it become the leading "Turn-Key Design House" in Europe.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Identifying market trends
  • Business development
  • Representation in committees

Our customer is a globally operating provider of engineering and R&D services ("Turn-Key Design House") located in Germany, with more than 25 years of experience in the microelectronics industry.


Hauptaufgaben:

  • Strategic Direction: Define and drive the company’s long-term strategy for sustainable growth.
  • Transformation & Innovation: Lead the evolution of the company towards becoming the leading turn-key design house in Europe.
  • Partnerships & Visibility: Build strong relationships with customers and ecosystem partners while increasing the company's market presence.
  • Exploring New Markets: Identify trends beyond the automotive sector and position the company as the #1 player in emerging industries.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Decide on exhibition participation, define key themes, and evaluate success metrics.
  • Marketing & Communication: Collaborate with the MarCom team and the parent company to drive impactful marketing activities.
  • Representation in committees: Active participation in committees and industry forums.
  • Building a Product Management Team: Lead the creation of a dynamic and results-driven product management team.

Anforderungen:

  • Solid theoretical background, e.g. Master’s degree or Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in strategic/technical marketing, ideally in the ASIC or SoC environment
  • Experience in IP sales as well as high performance camera-based products and computing is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
