- Create, update and execute the after sales service business plan
- P&L responsibility
- Definition and reporting of KPIs demonstrating the performance of the service organisation
- Expand the service business to the NA market and additional markets at a later stage
- Recruit and build the team according to the business plan
- Define the service offering and products
- Define, establish and control the necessary partnerships
- Optimize and redefine the service processes internally and towards customers
- Push digitalization effort to become more efficient
- Interact and align with all other departments
- Representation of the company to customers on all level
- Extensive experience in product after sales service in an international environment
- Proven managerial experience
- Strong technical background
- German and English speaking, Italian is a plus
- Hands on mentality and self-driven personality
- Experience in digitalization of service
