Renate Schuh-Eder
Founder & Managing Director
In 2000 she founded SchuhEder Consulting and established it as a specialized consulting boutique.
Her activities focus on staffing management positions and improving in-house recruiting processes. She is also our accredited contact for the diagnostic tools and selection processes used.
She also uses her experience as a lecturer at TUM and Munich University of Applied Sciences, where she teaches about recruiting.
Nadja Eder
Managing Director
With her master’s degrees in mechanical engineering as well as business psychology, she brings a unique blend of technical and psychological know-how to the family business. In addition, she is certified according to DIN 33430 in the field of aptitude diagnostics.
After working in the automotive industry and spending time abroad in Israel, the USA and China, her focus is now on our international projects and automation.
As an experienced engineer and manager, she is also responsible for the Operations division at SchuhEder Consulting in addition to her work as a personnel consultant.
Michael Köhler
Senior Consultant
As an electrical engineer, Michael Köhler has spent his professional career mainly in the semiconductor industry. He brings valuable experience from his positions in quality management and product marketing as well as Director Automotive Sales EMEA at International Rectifier. In 2005, he joined SchuhEder Consulting as a senior consultant and became a partner in 2008.
Today he primarily solves technically challenging tasks and manages the Competence Centers “Semiconductor”, “Automotive” and “Sensors/MEMS”.
Sebastian Basedow
Senior Consultant
As a graduate in business administration with a high technical affinity, Sebastian Basedow is in charge of many of our Competence Centers such as “Display”, “Embedded” and “Distribution”.
He has been a Senior Consultant at SchuhEder Consulting since 2011 and is a valued recruiting partner for our long-standing clients.
Benjamin Steer
Consultant
Benjamin Steer has been an indispensable part of our team since 2023. With his valuable consulting experience in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, he enriches our team with his profound expertise and industry knowledge.
