Renate Schuh-Eder
Founder & Managing Director
In 2000 she founded SchuhEder Consulting and established it as a specialized consulting boutique.
Her activities focus on staffing management positions and improving in-house recruiting processes. She is also our accredited contact for the diagnostic tools and selection processes used.
She also uses her experience as a lecturer at TUM and Munich University of Applied Sciences, where she teaches about recruiting.
Nadja Eder
Managing Director
With her master’s degrees in mechanical engineering as well as business psychology, she brings a unique blend of technical and psychological know-how to the family business. In addition, she is certified according to DIN 33430 in the field of aptitude diagnostics.
After working in the automotive industry and spending time abroad in Israel, the USA and China, her focus is now on our international projects and automation.
As an experienced engineer and manager, she is also responsible for the Operations division at SchuhEder Consulting in addition to her work as a personnel consultant.
