Do you still have questions?

Our primary goal is to introduce our clients to the best possible new employees in an efficient and timely manner. We usually estimate a period of about 6 to 8 weeks for direct search activities, although we are often faster. The candidate's actual entry date into the company is, of course, always dependent on individual notice periods.
We are confident about the quality of our advice. However, if a candidate recommended by us is terminated during the probationary period, we offer a guarantee: we will restart the search and find a replacement candidate for you - without any additional fee. The conditions for this can be found in our personnel consulting contract.
