How long does a typical project take?

Our primary goal is to introduce our clients to the best possible new employees in an efficient and timely manner. We usually estimate a period of about 6 to 8 weeks for direct search activities, although we are often faster. The candidate’s actual entry date into the company is, of course, always dependent on individual notice periods.
