Anforderungen:
Educational Background: Degree in Electronic, Production Technology, or a related field.
Industry Expertise: Several years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in a high-tech industrial environment.
Strong Methodology Skills: Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Project Management.
Supplier & Manufacturing Collaboration: Experience working with external contract manufacturers (EMS) and supplier management.
Standards & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry standards (ISO 15118, OCPP, NEC, IEC 61851, UL 2202) is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written); Italian is a plus.
