You take full ownership of the global sourcing organization within a fast-scaling e-mobility business. The role focuses on building and executing procurement strategies that support rapid growth, industrialization, and global supply chain resilience.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Full ownership of global strategic and indirect sourcing within the e-mobility division
• End-to-end responsibility for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Development and execution of procurement strategies with a strong focus on electronic components, modules, and systems (e.g. PCBs, semiconductors, power electronics)
• Supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management across a global supplier base
• Ensuring supply security and managing allocation risks in volatile markets
• Driving cost optimization, design-to-cost, and supplier consolidation in electronics sourcing
• Establishment of scalable governance structures, processes, and KPIs
• Leadership and development of international teams
• Close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, product management, quality, and operations to align sourcing strategies with product requirements, cost targets, and industrialization timelines

Anforderungen:

• Proven track record in global procurement leadership roles with strong exposure to electronics sourcing
• Deep understanding of electronic components, supply markets, and typical constraints (e.g. allocation, lifecycle, dual sourcing)
• Experience in sourcing PCBAs, semiconductors, power electronics, or complex electronic assemblies
• Background in industrial, automotive, or e-mobility environments is a plus
• Experience in scaling procurement organizations and implementing governance structures
• Strong leadership capabilities with international team responsibility
• High level of negotiation skills and commercial acumen
