The job holder will act as an internal and external technical contact and problem solver for technical issues – In the future role as Application Manager EMEA, the intention is to drive forward the establishment and management of a European “Technical Support” organization.

Hauptaufgaben:
Organization and management of all European technical services
Main contact person for all technical customer inquiries, complaints, and safety and EMC issues
Medium-term development and management of a European technical support organization
Technical presentation of products, solutions, and concepts to customers
Design and implementation of a support roadmap to optimize design ins and wins (including tasks/tests in the laboratory)
Design and implementation of effective training courses for sales, distribution partners, and customers
Close cooperation with development, production, marketing, and sales
Anforderungen:
Technical degree or equivalent training/further education with a focus on electrical engineering
Several years of experience, for example as an application engineer, product manager, in technical support, or as an electronics hardware developer in the field of power supplies
Proficient in application and design-in
Ideally, initial management experience
Willingness to travel within EMEA
Fluent English, German skills an advantage
