We are looking for a Senior QualityDirector Power Electronics (m/f/d).
You will be responsible for the overall product quality working closely with R&D, internal production as well as suppliers – managing a team of > 25 team members.
Anforderungen:
Your background:
Academic, technical background in electronics engineering
Several years of experience in quality management in the electrical or automotive industry
Sound knowledge of product development processes, supplier management, production quality assurance and service processes
Experience in the application of APQP methods and tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Leadership experience and the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
Fluency in written and spoken English, additionally good comunication level in Italian or German
